Charlie Heisey

Director of Operations

Charlie joined Affinity Wealth Management as the Director of Operations in January of 2025. Prior to Joining the AWM team, Charlie spent more than 2 years with AlTi Tiedemann Global as a Vice President and Client Service Manager as well as over 7 years with J.P. Morgan’s Private Bank as a Vice President and Senior Client Service Associate. After moving around for much of his early childhood, Charlie and his family settled in the Pike Creek area where he graduated from Thomas McKean High School as well as the University of Delaware. Shortly after graduating from UD, Charlie and his wife moved to Havre de Grace, Maryland where both of his sons were born. After a short 12 years, Charlie and his family decided to move back to Delaware, this time relocating just below the canal in Middletown where they have lived for the last 7 years.
